Developing and Reviewing Human Resource Policies, Administrative Policies and Employee Handbooks for Nonprofit Organizations
Today many nonprofit organizations are addressing questions regarding which HR and Administrative policies, if any, they should have in place and what elements those policies should contain in order to manage their organization more effectively. Through presentations, discussions and exercises this workshop will begin by addressing these and other fundamental questions regarding organizational policies.
