In this hands-on workshop, you will learn the basics of how to create cone-page picture, called a Logic Model, of how what you do gets the results you expect. Discover how the Logic Model can serve as a tool to help your organization articulate your “theory of change” and one which many funders are looking for in your grant proposals.

Mining for Data Using 2-1-1 and Other Tools
Learn how to partner with 2-1-1 Nevada County to provide 24/7 access to your services, provide a database focused on your client’s needs, and provide meaningful reports for your evaluation. Grassroots Advocacy for Your Cause: Get Your Story Heard
Advocacy is a specialized form of storytelling. Grassroots advocacy enlists many voices in the storytelling process. This workshop explores how to craft your story, engage additional storytellers, identify the right audiences, and gain an audience with them.
