The Center for Nonprofit Leadership’s Executive Director Academy is set to begin in April 2018.
This focused series is designed to build and enhance leadership and management skills offering executive directors a rare opportunity to sharpen skills, interact and learn among peers, and hear about best practices from topical experts. By studying together and interacting with class participants, the series provides opportunities to better understand how you can motivate, inspire and impact those around you. Sessions include, but are not limited to, assessing your strengths and leadership skills, effective decision making, presentation skills, conflict resolution, building a high performance team, the ED role in philanthropy, finance and more.
Candidates will meet one-day a month for four hours over a nine month period.
Cost for the series is $650 (less than $75 per session!) Two partial $325 scholarships are available to organizations that can demonstrate a need. For those applying for the scholarship, both applications must be completed and returned.
