Workshop Series: Grants 1, 2, 3- We Got the Grant, Now What?  

Congratulations, they said YES! But getting the grant is just the beginning.  Ideally, this first yes will turn into a long and fruitful relationship–you’re helping a funder achieve their goals in addition to them helping you.  Stewarding that funder as you would a valued donor is essential to creating that positive, long-term relationship–explore how in this 90 minute online workshop.  Delivering on your programmatic promises is one way to do that–we’ll explore best practices for multi-year grant fund management to ensure you can continue to deliver, even into years two, three, and beyond with strong financial planning.  But often equally as important is proper invoicing, as well as timely and compelling reporting.  

Suggested Participants: Staff or Members of any organization looking to broaden understanding of stewarding funders and grant dollars, including but not limited to: Executive Directors, Development Directors and/or staff and volunteers
