- Develop the purpose statement for your strategic plan
- Review or develop your organization’s Vision/Mission statement

Session 2:
April 16, 2024
- Create buy-in to the planning process and engage key stakeholders
- Identify the key areas that your plan will focus on through an internal assessment
- Discover the essential information you need to collect to inform your plan

Session 3:
May 21, 2024
- Develop your organization’s goals
- Define measurable and impactful outcomes to measure progress toward your goals
- Identify strategies to reach your goals
- Plan for implementation and next steps
