CNL Adds New Service to Coaching & Consulting Network

Have you ever wanted to know how your stakeholders perceive your organization?

Stakeholders are both internal (staff members, your Board of Directors, and volunteers) and external (donors, community leaders, collaborators, competitors, patrons, media and business sponsors).

They can affect or be affected by your organization’s actions, objectives and policies.
Their opinion matters.

That’s why CNL is adding Stakeholder Analysis to its list of 50 Coaching & Consulting Network services.CCN graphic

Stakeholder Analysis usually involves small groups of internal and external stakeholders who are interviewed on important questions to which your nonprofit organization seeks answers.

The results of focus group interviews can be used in a variety of ways. For example: identifying stakeholder perceptions about organizational strengths and weaknesses, testing possible interest in a new program or service, conducting a capital campaign feasibility study, exploring the desirability of close collaboration with another nonprofit organization, rebranding an organization, and serving as marketing research needed for continuous strategic planning.

The new Stakeholder Analysis service is being provided by Gary Quehl, Network coordinator and CNL co-founder and former board member.

In addition to Stakeholder Analysis, nonprofit organizations have access to 49 other coaching and consulting topics that were established by CNL in 2014. Hourly fees are $75 for CNL members and $125 for non-members. Many regional nonprofit organizations have used the Coaching & Consulting Network services in such areas as strategic planning, organizational evaluation, fund raising, governing board education, marketing/branding, financial planning, and conflict resolution.
